Chakras are believed to be energy centers within the human body with each believed to have the ability to regulate everything within the body, from organ function to the immune system and even emotions. These centers are located from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra is represented by a specific color and also has different gemstones associated with each, which support, strengthen, and open these specific energy centers.
